Asset-based (secured)/ Guaranteed Finance:
Term loans and mortgages up to 25 years, leasing, trade finance at interest rates currently varying, from 4-11% p.a. for US $ according to each case, risk assessment, security/guarantees offered, and subject to negotiation.
Equity Investment/Venture capital:
Shareholding can vary, with exit for investor usually after 3-5 years, and board directorships possibly having to be offered. Terms vary on a case-by-case basis, according to proposition and negotiation
